Brief description of the position
Reporting to the store manager, the sales consultant, a true ambassador of the company, will be called upon to welcome, advise, and retain customers, in addition to being a key player within the team.
List of responsibilities
· Maintaining a high standard of customer service and an outstanding shopping experience;
· Achieving their sales goals (SPH, DPT);
· Performing the necessary follow-up (quotes, open orders);
· Providing after-sales follow-up to customers;
· Developing lasting relationships with employees and customers;
· Becoming familiar with and respecting the inventory management process;
· Applying the company’s policies and procedures;
· Maintaining the store by carrying out the necessary maintenance activities.
Required qualifications
· Possessing at least 6 months of relevant experience related to the position or equivalent;
· Holding a high school diploma;
· Having a good ability to lift heavy loads;
· Being available to work days, evenings, and weekends;
· Comfortable working with computer systems;
