We need a talented individual to fill the role of Administrative Assistant/Reception. We are looking for someone that can be molded. Previous job experience is less important than motivation of the applicant to work hard and succeed.
Duties Include:
- Answer multi-line phone system
- Scheduling appointments, booking meetings, handling correspondences
- Reception coverage
- Reporting directly to the Compliance Officer
- Preparing all necessary documents for new accounts and trades
- General Filing and Scanning
- Data Entry
- Provide admin. Support to representatives as needed
- Provide professional friendly greeting to all guests, including fulfilling beverage requests
- Other general duties assigned
Skills and Requirements:
- For those looking to make an impact and grow to the next level in the company
- Will be trained for next level in company which is fully licensed mutual fund assistant which is comes with pay raise and position upgrade
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills
- Good Communication Skills (Written & Verbal)
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Good Problem Solving Skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent Organizational Skills
- Strong Team Player
- Strong Computer Skills (Microsoft Office)
