We are a fast growing company seeking a skilled and experienced Wall and Ceiling Repair Specialist to join our team. As a successful candidate, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of commercial and residential projects, utilizing your expertise to provide high-quality wall and ceiling repair services.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of wall and ceiling repair services, including patching, texturing, and painting.
- Repair damage caused by water leaks, cracks, and holes in drywall and plaster.
- Utilize a variety of hand and power tools to complete repairs in a timely and efficient manner.
- Communicate effectively with clients and project managers to ensure that repairs are completed to their satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
- Work with other team members to ensure that project deadlines are met.
- Light framing, and t-bar experience would also be valuable.
- Have exceptional people skills and be able to diffuse difficult situations and customers.
- Work with fast set compounds (to complete jobs on a tight timeline or to avoid wasted trips for a small job)
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in wall and ceiling repair, with a strong understanding of drywall and plaster repair techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, project managers, and other team members.
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
