Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain seamless communication between the kitchen and front-of-house staff, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of impeccable dishes to our valued guests.
- Coordinate with the culinary team to guarantee that each plate is prepared to perfection and presented with artistic flair.
- Carry plates to tables with poise and professionalism, providing detailed explanations of the dishes and their ingredients with enthusiasm and expertise.
- Anticipate and prevent any potential issues or delays in service, maintaining the restaurant's exceptional reputation for impeccable dining experiences.
- Quickly address and resolve any discrepancies in orders, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills and a dedication to guest satisfaction.
