Crown Ridge Health Care Services Inc. operates Crown Ridge Retirement Home in Trenton, Ontario. Crown Ridge Retirement is home to 71 residents and employs more than 33 employees.

WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Medication and Treatment Administration
- Interaction with residents, families, and visitors
- Resident Assessment and Intervention
- Maintain clinical quality assurance
- Interaction with residents, families, and visitors
- Become a member of the multidisciplinary team
- A commitment to the mission, vision, values, philosophy, objectives, and policies of the home

WHAT WILL YOU NEED
- Registered Practical Nurse Certification
- Maintain annual RPN Certification Requirements as per the policy in the home
- Current certificate of competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Medication certificate from a community college
- Current certification in CPR
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency is required
- TB step 1 and 2
