Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent and engaging guest service, creating a memorable dining experience for each and every guest
- Providing menu to customers, explaining daily specials
- Taking and recording all food and beverage orders
- Serving dishes to customers in a timely manner
- Maintain communication between host, bartender and kitchen staff
- Giving bills and collecting payments
- Follow restaurant policies, procedures and service standards
- Have full knowledge of beverage lists
- Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year as a waiter/waitress
- Exceptional customer service
- Team player with a guest-first attitude
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Effective and efficient communication skills
- Organized and attention to detail
- Available to work at least 2 shifts per week (shift start times are available from 4:00-5:30pm)
