Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for alcohol consumption
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
-Must be able to learn Cocktail/Wine/Pub menus thoroughly, give menu ingredients, recommendations, and serve guests in a pleasant and professional manner
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints
- Oversee VLT Machine procedures, ensuring all financial transactions are in compliance with the operating procedures of ALC
Experience:
- Previous experience as a bartender is preferred
- · Employee deals with the public face to face, having to be able to give service to a multitude of people at a time
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, manage time, able to be flexible. Reliability and dependability is a must and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
