Overview
SRP Companies Canada (SRP) is a leading full-service category manager offering a broad selection of convenience, novelty, and point-of-sale products (e.g. sunglasses, electronics, plush, novelty, apparel) to convenience store and hospitality channels. To support future growth, the company is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative.
The Company
SRP Canada is the market leader for general merchandise (e.g. sunglasses, electronics, plush toys, novelty, apparel) in the convenience store segment. With direct-store-delivery across thousands of stores, SRP's reach spans coast to coast. SRP services its network of field service representatives through pick & pack small parcels and LTL operations from various distribution warehouses. The last mile delivery of the product to customers is done by field representatives using the company fleet.
The Candidate
· 3-5 years of Customer Service experience
· Experience in order processing
· Excellent organizational, planning and timing skills
· Excellent communication skills
· Excellent attention to details
· Ability to work in a very fast paced environment
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Processing inbound orders
· Processing intercompany transfers
· Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
· Contributes to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
