Freshco is looking for a part-time produce clerk to join our team in our Markham, ON location.
QUALIFICATIONS:
o Must be a self starter and able to work independently.
o Ability to lift weights up to 40 kilos.
o Must be willing to comply with company safety and sanitation policies.
o Proven ability to carry out duties in a safe and efficient manner.
o Must be willing to follow company dress code
o Good understanding of Health and Safety Legislation Policies and Practices
o Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
o Ability to work accurately in fast passed environment
o Must be a self starter and be able to work independently
o Commitment to providing excellent customer service
o Must be available for a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promote the policy of Customer Friendliness by responding to customer needs and inquires in a professional and courteous manner.
- Stock shelves and maintain productivity levels within established guidelines.
- Control receiving of deliveries and maintain accurate inventory counts.
- Provide supervision and guidance to part-time staff.
- Perform sanitation duties as required.
