This is a temporary position starting immediately and ending on September 15th, offering lodging for the duration of your employment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service while taking orders and serving food and beverages to guests.
- Demonstrate proficiency in operating a pizza oven and preparing delicious pizzas for our patrons.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring the pub area is presentable at all times.
- Engage with customers, answering their questions, and offering recommendations on food and drink choices.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring the well-being of guests and fellow team members.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure prompt and efficient service.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by the management team.
Requirements:
- Possess a valid "Serve it Right" certification or equivalent alcohol service training.
- Experience operating a pizza oven and preparing pizzas is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be comfortable working outdoors and love the outdoor environment.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the country where the pub is located.
