POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Customer service representatives are responsible for providing exceptional and knowledgeable service to all customers in a professional and courteous manner. Detailed duties are outlined below. This is an in office position only, which is located extremely convenient to the Production Way skytrain station in Burnaby.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBITIES:
· Receiving and inputting Consignment purchase orders via hard copy and electronic (GHX)
· Providing a receipt of orders to customers via fax/ email before end of business day
· Processing Credit Invoices and Return Authorizations (RGA’s) in a timely manner
· Ongoing file maintenance
· Billing & invoice reconciliation
· Other duties as required
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
§ Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
§ Attention to detail
§ Very Organized
§ Computer Skills: Experience and proficiency with computer systems including MS Excel, Word, Outlook and Explorer are mandatory and experience with databases, web based programs, and other software packages are advantageous and will be taken into account.
§ Citrix Platform
§ Strong knowledge of internet applications
§ Fluent English/ first language
§ Strong Communications Skills
